The Family Krätz and Johanna Barsy again invite members of the MING organizations as well as those in the Munich international community to the annual Bavarian-American Friendship Day at the Hippodrom tent, Theresienwiese, Frühlingsfest on Tuesday, 28th April. MING co-founder Dave Dowdy is organizing the event.  

Again this year Linda Jo Rizzo will be performing for our listening and dancing pleasure with rock, pop and soul hits to keep you on your feet (and maybe on the benches ... but not on the tables!). You can also purchase great Kobe-beef hamburgers at a special reduced price only for us. The tables will be specially decorated and each of our guests will receive a free pretzel as a compliment from the Hippodrom team.

Last year we had 500 guests. Let's see if we can top this number this year. Everyone is invited, not only the Bavarian, American and international clubs.  If any of your friends may in interested in joining, please send this email along to them. There is no particular dress code, but if you have something in Bavaria-look in your closet you are encouraged to wear it. Let’s go bayrisch!

As always there will be no cover charges nor advance payments - you only pay for food and drink on a pay-as-you-go basis. However, seat reservations (at no charge) are needed.  Seating starts at 1800 that evening.  The seats must be occupied by 1900, or they will be released to other participants. If you are interested in attending, please advise Dave Dowdy (ddd@tripled.de) by Monday, 20th April so that sufficient seating can be reserved for you.
