Wexford Festival Opera

The Irish Ambassador to Germany, Michael Collins, and the Irish Honorary Consul in Bavaria, Dr. Erich LeJeune, welcome you to a very special evening event featuring the European Friends of Wexford Festival Opera in Munich.  The event is being held in the Münchner Künstlerhaus am Lenbachplatz on Wednesday, 17th February, starting at 18:00.

Ger Lawlor will launch the evening with a summary of the Wexford Festival Opera, sharing a special insight on its spiritual impact with our cultural friends in Munich.  David McLoughlin, CEO, James Ó Murthuile, Head of Development and Elizabeth Rose Brown, Press Manager will be present. The introduction will be followed by a delightful small concert featuring mezzosoprano Tara Erraught accompanied by Henning Ruhe on the piano.
