Christina Sharkey and John Crosby:  TTIP - The Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership:  An open discussion from an American perspective

Christina Sharkey and John Crosby will provide an open discussion about the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership from their perspective running the Commercial and Economic Sections of the U.S. Consulate General in Munich.   They will address many of the issues of concern that are consistently raised in the German media and will share their take from the point of view of the American negotiators.  They hope to dispel some of the myths that have arisen while focusing on the positive aspects of the agreement. Both Ms. Sharkey and Mr. Crosby have had the opportunity on numerous occasions to hear directly from the U.S. negotiating team, and will be able to share some honest and up-to-date insight into the ongoing talks.

As usual the June monthly meeting will commence at 7 PM sharp on Wednesday, 25th June, 2014 at the  Marriott Hotel, Berliner Strasse 93 in Munich (north Schwabing). Please register in the Events Tool at www.agbc.de (right side of homepage, Munich Chapter section) for the meeting by not later than Monday, June 23rd. On the meeting night, sign-in starts at 6.30pm.
