When:        Saturday, 23rd June 2000-2200 for match.  Arrive earlier for seating.

Where:       Braukraft Biergarten, Münchnerstr. 20, 82205 Geisenbrunn (near Gilching)

Transportation:  S8 Haltestelle Geisenbrunn, then a 9 minute walk heading southwest.

The 2018 World Cup action kicks off on Thursday, 14th June in Moscow.  The first game for the German squad is on Sunday, 17th June at 1700 when they take on the Mexican team.  Further first round matches for the German team are on Saturday, 23 June at 2000 (Sweden) and Wednesday, 27th June at 1600 (South Korea).  These exciting games and many others can be viewed publicly in Biergartens and restaurants throughout the Munich area.

That being said, AGBC member and Cincinnati-native Kirsten Rhein and her business partner Mathias Lottes invite us to watch the Saturday 23rd June Deutschland-Sweden match-up at Braukraft’s Biergarten in Geisenbrunn.  Kirsten is part-owner and brewer at Braukraft GmbH Co & KG (www.braukraft.de), a craft beer brewery located next to Gilching, about 20 minutes by S-Bahn southwest of Munich.  The brewery and Biergarten are near the S8 Geisenbrunn stop, about a 9-minute walk southwest of the stop.  Catch us if you can!
