MING Events – Sunday Soul II

Where:             Kongress Bar in the Wirtshaus am Bavariapark, Theresienhöhe 15 – near U4/U5 Haltestelle Schwanthaler Höhe

Cover Charge: Eur 12.00/person, to be paid in cash at the door – this covers the band, insurance, VAT, GEMA fees and admin charges. 

Costs:              Food and drink on a “pay-as-you-go” basis.

Sign-Up:          Please advise Dave (E-mail:  ddd@tripled.de) by not later than Wednesday, 5th April if you plan to attend.  This is essential for planning purposes.

Organized by MING co-founding member Dave Dowdy, you will have the opportunity to listen to good soul, funk, spiritual and blues. You can dance, cross-network with the other MING groups and have a good time on a Sunday afternoon on a regular basis. We have two different locations and two great bands. The first events that Dave has planned for us are as follows:

Sunday, 9 April in the Kongress Bar - The band "Soul Crew" will be on hand for this event.  This is the band that performed for Dave Dowdy’s election party last November until the election results started coming in. All my guests had such a good time dancing to the music of this band and all were very sad that the music had to stop.  Had Dave known what the election results would be, he would have let the band keep playing and turned CNN off.  

Dave is also planning May and June dates so please stay tuned.
