MING Event - Little American Oktoberfest - Waldwirtschaft Grosshesselohe - 5th of July

Starting around noon, again this year the MING groups will join the Munich community to re-experience the Little American Oktoberfest while celebrating US Independence Day on Sunday, 5th July at the Waldwirtschaft near Pullach. The festivities begin around noon and continue throughout the afternoon. Please plan to join us for networking … and loads of fun!

Linda Jo Rizzo will spark another boisterous 4th of July musical happening featuring a cool mix of rock, pop, soul and country music. There will be special attractions for kids: trampoline, children's playground, table magic, and train rides.  For the adult-kids, there will be bull riding, lasso-ing and a cowboy boot throw, and for the grown-ups we have music, square dancing and can-can.  All is topped off by a special presentation by the Munich Cowboys cheerleaders. Again this year the grill will feature steaks and special Kobe-beef hamburgers. And as a special feature we plan to have US General Consul, Bill Moeller on-hand to officially open a keg of free beer, compliments of the WaWi team.

Please join us and invite your friends who may be interested in meeting with us. The Waldwirtschaft is located in the Georg-Kalb-Str. 3, 82049 München-Pullach. There are parking facilities, but you can also come out on your bicycle or with the S7-Bahn (exit Isartalbahnhof). It’s a quick 10-minute walk from the S-Bahn exit to the Waldwirtschaft. If you plan to attend, please be sure to notify Dave Dowdy (E-mail: ddd@tripled.de) by Wednesday, 1st July.
